Alexandra Dodd, M.D.

Dr. Alexandra Dodd obtained her MD from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She completed her endocrinology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. She is an Assistant Professor in the division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism at UAB and the Medical Director of Ambulatory Services for the division. She practices general endocrinology and has a special interest in pituitary disorders. She sees patients in UAB’s interdisciplinary pituitary clinic alongside neurosurgeon Dr. Kristen Riley and endocrinologist Dr. Brooks Vaughan.
