Low-Dose Selinexor and Choline Salicylate for the Treatment of Patients with Non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin Lymphoma, Histiocytic/Dendritic Cell Neoplasm, or Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
This is an all-oral, non-chemotherapy phase 1b clinical trial open at Mayo Clinic, MN. Eligible patients are those who have received frontline treatment. This study is based on our discovery of a novel drug combination in the laboratory, translating research findings to patient care.

Q702 for the Treatment of Patients With Hematologic Malignancies
This is an all-oral, non-chemotherapy phase 1b clinical trial, scheduled to open at Mayo Clinic, MN in August 2025. Eligible patients include those with histiocytic cancers who have previously undergone treatment or who cannot tolerate or afford standard frontline therapies. This is an investigator-initiated clinical trial from Mayo Clinic, where the effectiveness of CSF1R inhibitors was documented for the first time in a patient with Erdheim-Chester disease. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of CSF 1R inhibitors in patients with histiocytic malignancies through a phase 1 clinical trial.

Ulixertinib for the Treatment of Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Histiocytic Neoplasms
This is a multicenter, all-oral, non-chemotherapy clinical trial for patients with histiocytic cancers who have already been treated with frontline therapy.
Additional Locations: This clinical trial will also be available at Mayo Clinic AZ and the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the near future.
